Inua v. Nta

In this case, there were several witnesses’ testimonies from the plaintiff’s side testifying that the pff’s brother owned the land and the palm trees while the respondent’s witnesses also stated that the respondent owned the land. However both testimonies were different and contradicted each other. Also the respondent was not allowed to cross examine the pff’s witnesses who also gave different witnesses.
